Ordering

An item I wanted is either out of stock (sold out) -or-not available in my size- or- no longer on your site  will you be getting more?

Sorry, its gone for good and has been removed from our site because we are sold out. This applies to every single item on the site, sorry no exceptions. This also applies to sizes. Only the sizes listed under available sizes at the bottom of each item's description page are available for purchase. If you do not see a size or a style this means that it is sold out and we can not make any promises or give any information as to potential future availability. The inventory on our website is updated to the minute. This means that when a customer orders the last of a style or size it is immediately removed from the website and once a size or style sells out it is no longer available to other customers.  Many items are available only in limited quantities and some items sell out within days or even hours so we cannot guarantee that an item you see today will still be here tomorrow. 
Please note: If you contact the customer service department to request an item or size that is no longer on the website they will simply reply that the item or size is sold out and will not be reordered. All of our inventory is on the website so if something is available it is on the website. If it is not on the website then it is no longer available. We are sorry but we cannot Special order items.

How can I check to see if an item is available in another color?

To check if an item is available in another color please use the search function at the far right of every page and enter the items name. So for example if you'd like to check to see if an item named notebook was available in another color you'd type notebook into the search box and then press the purple arrow. This will bring up a listing of the available colors of that item if it is available in additional colors.

You can order online or by phone. Ordering online is fast and easy and we guarantee the security of your information on our site. To order online simply add your items to your cart. To do so click the small photo of the item you'd like, scroll down, select your size and click the add to cart button. Then click checkout when you have everything you want. You will then be prompted to provide your shipping and payment information.
To order by phone call 1-800-971-4669 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm EST Monday-Friday. Please have ready your credit card and the item names and sizes you'd like when you call.

Do you have a catalog or physical store?

We do have retail stores in Tampa Florida-Go to www.GreatGlamVIP.com for details. We also have a distribution center in Tallahassee, Florida but due to zoning laws and limited space we do not offer local pick ups of orders, drop-offs, or in person inventory browsing as our offices are not designed or zoned for customer traffic. We add an average of 1000 new styles each month. As a result our inventory changes very fast so we can not offer a paper catalog since it would be outdated before we could even mail it to customers. You can view every item currently available in our inventory on our website.

Do you sell in large quantites/wholesale ?

Sorry, but we are a retail sales only company. We do not sell wholesale-no exceptions. We also do not give out any information regarding our suppliers- no exceptions.

How do I check my Order Status?

When your order is placed immediately after payment you will see an order confirmation page. This page confirms that your order has been placed and received at Great Glam and lists your order number. If you have an account at Great Glam and logged in when you placed your order its easy to check your order status. Just login by clicking login at the upper left hand corner and click view my orders. If you did not register for an account please check your email. We will send an email letting you know when your order is shipped to the email address that you provided when you placed your order. If you do not see this email please be sure to also check your bulk/spam email folder for it .  If you do not see the email your email provider may have accidentally blocked our email please use the below guidelines to determine when your order will arrive.

All Supersonic orders placed by 2 pm est are shipped the same business day, supersonic orders placed after 2 pm est, on weekends , or federal holidays are shipped the next business day.
All Speedy orders are shipped within 2 business days of placement.
All Standard orders are shipped within 5 business days of placement.
The following guidelines apply to US orders only. Please see "Shipping Info" link at the top for info on orders being shipped outside the US:
If you choose Supersonic shipping your order is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days of shipment.
If you choose Speedy shipping your shipment is guaranteed to arrive 7 days from the date of your order.
If you choose Standard shipping  your order will arrive in an average of 2 weeks.
Please note shoes can only be shipped via standard shipping and that your shoes may be shipped seperately from the rest of your order and thus may arrive seperately and/or on a different day. So if you choose Speedy or Supersonic shipping for the other items in your order the shoes may arrive later than the other items in your order.

My credit card was declined but the funds were available, Whats going on?

First please check carefully and make sure that you are entering all of your address information correctly. We will ship your item to the address that you list as your shipping address but the billing address that you enter must match the address that is on your credit card statement.
Another possible reason is that you may not have entered the CVV2 code correctly. The CVV2 code is on the back of the card and is the very last 3 digits on the signature line. This code is found only on your card and verifies that you are in possesion of the credit card whose number you are using. Please carefully verify that you are entering the CVV2 code correctly. It can get rubbed off on older cards and become difficult to if it is entered incorrrectly your order will be declined.
Another possible reason is that you have reached your daily spending limit. Almost every credit card has a daily spending limit which is usually a couple hundred dollars. If you have reached this daily spending limit your bank will refuse the charge even though the funds are there. To resolve just use another credit card, contact your bank to have the limit lifted or wait and try your order again tomorrow.

Can I have my order shipped to an address other than the one listed on my credit card statement?

Yes you can.  When you enter your address information at our checkout there are two sections- shipping address and billing address. Please enter the address that you'd like your item shipped to in the shipping address section and write the address that is on your credit card in the billing address section. We will then mail your order to the address listed as the shipping address.

Can I add additional items,combine seperate orders,change an order or cancel an order after its been placed?

After an order has been placed additional items cannot be added. If you need additional items you would need to place a new (seperate) order and seperate shipping charges would apply. 

We cannot combine seperate orders and seperate shipping charges will apply to all orders placed seperately. This means that if you place more than one order it will be shipped seperately and seperate shipping charges will apply.

We can only cancel an order if the order has not been processed or packaged. There is a cancellation fee of five dollars or eight percent of the total order amount - whichever is greater.  Therefore please be sure before placing an order so that you will not need to cancel. To cancel an order please contact us by email using the "contact us" link at the top of this page and refer to your order number. Free shipping is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, or exchanges.

To change the size or color of items in an order after it has already been placed please email
us using the "contact us" link at the top of this page. We can only change the order if the order has not already been processed or packaged and there is a change order fee of $2.00. To avoid this please be certain when placing an order that you have the items that you'd like.

Do you sell to customers outside of the US?

 Yes. We ship to the following countries only: Austria, Australia, Canada, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Japan, Norway,  New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, South Africa, Sweden, Taiwan, and the United States. We do not ship to countries other than those listed. All prices on the site are in US currency and aditional shipping charges will apply to orders shipped outside of the US.

What payment methods does Great Glam accept?

For your convenience we accept a variety of payment methods:
Credit Card payment online: We accept payment through our website's secure server via Visa and Mastercard.You can use your debit card if it has a visa or mastercard logo. We use a secure encrypted server so your information is safe.
Credit card payment by phone: If you'd prefer you can call in your order. Please have handy your visa or mastercard and the item name and sizes you'd like. You can reach our order line at1-800-971-4669 Monday thru Friday from 10:00am to 4:00 pm EST.
Paypal:  Optionally you can also choose to send payment online via paypal. Paypal is a secure payment processor owned by ebay and more than 65 million people use paypal. This is a good choice if you want to use your American Express, or Discover Card.You can also use paypal to pay via Visa, Mastercard or a bank account transfer. (Please note: to pay with a bank account instant transfer you must already have a paypal account that allows instant transfers (not all do) with a bank account linked to it. If your account doesn't offer instant transfers and you do not want to add a credit card you can instead transfer funds from your bank account into your paypal account and then once the transfer is complete and the funds are in your paypal account pay for your order using your paypal account balance.  It is free and easy to set up a paypal account- to do so go to www.paypal.com)

Is my payment information secure?
We take the issue of security very seriously. We use a secure encrypted SSL page to process your credit card payments so your information is guaranteed safe.  Once you reach the point in the order process where you enter your credit card information you will be transferred to our secure server which encrypts your information and gurantees that your credit card information can not by viewed by anyone else. We are proud to say that not one customer has ever lost a penny to fraud as a result of using a credit card at Great Glam.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax of 7% is only applied to orders that are shipped to Florida residents. We are based in Florida and are required by state regulation to charge sales tax on orders shipped within Florida.  There is no sales tax on orders going to other states. However if you live outside of the US duties and and customs may be applied on your orders arrival.

If If I email you my measurements will you tell me what size to get?

Sorry no. The reason we can not answer that question via email or phone is because every figure is unique and different so unless we actually saw you or took your measurements ourselves we can not say for sure that an item would fit you so we do not make sizing suggestions. The good news is that you can take your own measurements and then compare them to those listed to choose your best fit. It only takes a moment to take your own measurements and even if you don't end up buying from Great Glam it is good information to have especially if you like to save by shopping online for clothes. Click on the link at the top of this page called "sizing info" and you'll find a link to a printable measuring tape that you can use to check your measurements and for international customers a size conversion chart. Please also remember that we have a very easy exchange/return policy.

How much is shipping to the US?

Standard shipping is FREE!! Speedy shipping is 7.99 plus 1.50 per each additional item; Supersonic shipping is 16.99 and is 3.00 more per each additional item.

How much is shipping to areas outside of the US and how long does it take? 

We offer the following shipping methods to areas outside of the US:
International Standard Shipping:(except Canada) is FREE on clothes orders of 5 or more items! For orders under 5 items it is 9.99 for the first item and 1.99 per each additional item. Order will ship within 5 business days and will arrive in an average of 3 weeks from date of shipment. Delivery date is not guaranteed- CANADIAN STANDARD SHIPPING is FREE on clothes orders of 5 or more! For orders under 5 items it is 6.99 the first item , 1.99 per each additional
International Speedy Shipping: Order will ship within 2 business days and will arrive in an average of 2 weeks from date of shipment. Delivery date is not guaranteed
15.99 first item, 3.99 per each additional item
International Supersonic Shipping: Order ships within 1 business day and will arrive  in an average of 1 week from date of shipment.  Delivery date is not guaranteed.

How long does shipping take for US orders ? 
 

Your shipping speed will depend upon which shipping method you choose. The shipping speed for each method is listed below
Standard shipping-  is via the USPS and takes an average of 2 weeks from the date of order to arrive.  We do not guarantee arrival dates with this shipping method and so we recommend using speedy or supersonic shipping if your order is time sensitive. All Standard orders are shipped within 5 business days of placement.
Speedy Shipping- is via the USPS and takes 4 to 7 days from the date of order placement to arrive. With this shipping method your order is guaranteed to arrive on or before the 7th day. All Speedy orders are shipped within 1 business day of placement.

Supersonic Shipping- is via the USPS and takes from 1 to 2 business days from the date shipped to arrive (business days do not include weekends or holidays). With this shipping method your order is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days of shipment. With supersonic shipping if your order is placed Monday thru Friday by 2 pm eastern standard time it will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 2 pm eastern standard time or on a weekend it will be shipped the next business day.
 *For orders being shipped outside of the United States different shipping rates and times apply. * If you are in Alaska,Hawaii, a US territory, or have an APO/FPO address you can only choose standard shipping and your order may take up to an additional 7 days to arrive. For APO/FPO addresses your order may take additional time to arrive due to military processing and we cannot guarantee delivery dates for APO/FPO orders*

Do you ship to APO FPO addresses?

 We do ship to APO FPO addresses at the US shipping rate however for APO/FPO addresses your order may take additional time to arrive due to military processing and we cannot guarantee delivery dates for APO/FPO orders. APO/FPO addresses are for military who are stationed at remote locations. The US shipping rate applies to APO address.  To check out please enter APO or FPO as your city and select AE from the drop down box as your state and the US as your country. What if my package is lost in the mail?

This is extremely rare however we do insure all of our packages against loss for your protection. We utilize electronic delivery confirmation on all packages so that we can verify arrival of every package. If we do not receive delivery confirmation from the post office that your package was delivered within 30 days for US orders or within 60 days for international orders we will send a replacement if available or a full refund if a replacement is not available.

US RETURNS /EXCHANGES

RETURNS ARE AS SIMPLE AS 1, 2, 3 AT GREAT GLAM!
We want you to be happy so you can return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price - you do not even need to tell us the reason why or notify us in advance of your return.  We will even provide the mailing label so all you have to do is put your return package in your mailbox!
1. MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM(s) QUALIFY FOR RETURN
To qualify for return your item must be its original, unworn condition, free of perfume, smoke or any other odor with all tags still attached for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Underglam and undergarments cannot be returned.
Shoes must be returned un-scuffed in an additional, separate, packaging box and with any cushioning material that arrived inside the shoe box still inside the shoe box.
2. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your style for another style or size please go to our website and place an order for the item that you would like instead. Our website inventory changes daily, so by placing a new order you guarantee the availability of the item that you would prefer. Choose standard shipping and receive free shipping on clothes. Then return the style(s) that you do not want per step 3 below.
3. MAIL THE ITEM(s) BACK
Include your invoice with your return or if you do not have your invoice please simply note your order number on a slip of paper in your package.
CLICK HERE to print a prepaid return label.  If you use the prepaid label we will deduct from your refund $6.99 for the first clothing item, $1 per each additional clothing item and $9.99 per each pair of shoes. You can provide this package to any US postal service mail carrier, leave it in your mailbox, or take it to your nearest post office drop box.  
If you prefer not to use the prepaid return label you can affix your own postage and mail your package to Great Glam; PO Box 20547; Tallahassee FL 32316. We send all packages via USPS and recommend sending items back to us using USPS with tracking.

Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks from the date your item(s) is mailed back for us to process it and email you. Shipping is non-refundable.
In most cases the refund will be reflected in your balance within a few days of processing but depending upon your credit card company's processing speed it may take them up to one full billing cycle (one month) to adjust your balance to reflect your refund.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
